Old House Research is my passion. I was born in Saint Paul's Summit Hill Neighborhood, America's largest and best-preserved Victorian historic district, where I continue to dwell today. I have researched and written histories of many of the area's homes, co-authored the book A Grand History: The Summit Hill Neighborhood's First 200 Years, and have published many articles on St. Paul's fascinating history in journals and more.
